Growing bodies go through a lot, and while some discomfort can be part of training, pain or repeated injuries shouldn’t be ignored. The challenge for parents and teachers is knowing when to push, when to rest, and when it’s time to get help.

Before studying, Chelsea performed professionally as a Soloist with the Slovak National Ballet in Slovakia for nine years and has been teaching Ballet and Pilates alongside her studies for the past five years.
Chelsea completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University (ACU) before successfully completing her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
Chelsea enjoys treating all sports and musculoskeletal conditions but is particularly interested in dance-related injuries, pre-pointe assessments, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
