FOLLOW OUR STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN YOUR TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT
All of our SquareOne online/telehealth consults are conducted via a program called Zoom.
Zoom is free for you and it allows an easy and secure connection between us.
You will need a computer or device with a camera (tablet or phone), an internet connection and ideally a bit of free space to move around if needed (2x2m is sufficient).
You do not need to sign up or create an account with zoom. It can be reached via your web browser or you could choose to download the App.
Step by step:
You will receive an email from your treating physio containing the invitation to join the virtual appointment.
Follow one of the below options:
- Click on the URL link from the invitation – that will connect you immediately to the session. When using the link you don’t need to be a Zoom user (no login required)
- Open Zoom in your browser www.zoom.us click on “join a meeting” tab and enter the Meeting ID details provided in the invitation.
- If you have a zoom account or would like to create one anyway: (Install Zoom in your computer or laptop www.zoom.us or Install Zoom app in your tablet or phone (Apple store or Google Play) and create a free login). Once you have logged in, click on “join a meeting” tab and enter the Meeting ID details provided in the invitation.
