UNDERSTANDING OSTEOARTHRITIS

AN OA GATHERING

SquareOne's GLA:D Program

Reconnect. Reflect. Keep Moving. Our OA Community Reunion Evening

This July, we’re bringing back the people who’ve been part of our GLA:D community, or those dealing with osteoarthritis in their everyday life, for a special in-person evening, a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, share your journey, and be reminded that you’re not doing this alone.

Find real relief from hip or knee osteoarthritis and learn how the GLA:D Program can help you reduce pain, get moving more, and take back control, among friends. A face-to-face gathering at Mosman!

RECONNECT, REFLECT, KEEP MOVING

Managing osteoarthritis is a long game, and no one should have to play it alone.

Every few months, we host an online information evening to help people understand OA, explore their options, and feel confident about what comes next. This July, we’re doing something a little different.

We’re opening the doors for a reunion, a chance for past participants, current patients, even potential future patients and anyone in our OA community to come together, meet up, and reconnect. We’ll still cover the essentials, but the real focus is on you, your progress, your questions, and the people around you who get it.

Light snacks and refreshments provided. Come as you are.

RECONNECT WITH YOUR COMMUNITY

Spend time with people who truly understand what it’s like to live with hip or knee osteoarthritis. Whether you completed the GLA:D program or have been managing OA on your own, this is your evening to share, listen, and feel less alone in the journey.

A REFRESHER WORTH HAVING

We’ll run a focused info session on the latest in OA self-management. Learn practical, evidence-based, and tailored to where you are right now. Even if you’ve heard it before, a well-timed reminder can make all the difference.

GOOD INFO,
BETTER COMPANY

It’s a relaxed, welcoming evening with light food and refreshments. No pressure, no hard sell. It’s just a supportive space to check in, recharge, and leave feeling motivated, connected and better informed about what can make a difference with osteoarthritis.
