Free Online Info Session
Wednesday, October 28, 7:00 pm
Are you noticing changes in your energy, sleep, or mood?
Feeling weaker in your core or struggling with exercise like you used to?
Leaking when you sneeze, or feeling pressure in your pelvis?
Hot flushes, pelvic floor changes, painful sex, bladder leaks, or a body that just doesn’t feel like it used to: these are real experiences that too many women silently push through. But they’re not just “part of getting older,” and they’re not something you have to put up with.
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause or well into post-menopause, understanding what’s happening in your body is the first step to feeling strong, supported, and in control.
As women, we’re often told to just get on with it, to cope, not question. That’s where we come in.
This session is for women, their partners, and anyone who wants real answers, practical tools, and a fresh way to approach midlife and beyond.
Join us for an honest, evidence-based info session on menopause and pelvic health.
We will help you learn and understand your body. We will cover a range of things, including:
What’s Normal, What’s Not — and When to Act
Menopause comes with a lot of changes, but not everything should be dismissed as “just hormones” or “getting older.” We’ll help you understand what’s typical, what might need attention, and how to tune into the signs your body is sending you.
Hormones, Muscles and Menopause
Learn how hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause impact your muscles, bones, bladder, and pelvic floor — and what that means for your daily function, exercise, and overall well-being.
