August Update

Return to Blog Articles
First of all we would like to give a shout out to all of our Tradie clients. We have been thinking of you working outside on these cold (and rainy!) mornings. August is National Tradies month and the Australian Physio Association has teamed up with SteelBlue to try and get tradies to take their health more seriously. Read our article below with some great info sheets attached for you to download for yourself or print them off and give them to a tradie you love to show them you care!

As usual we have something for everyone..Holly has an article for those of you training for the September running festival if you have lateral knee pain..Michael has an article on knee arthritis and total knee replacements for those of you suffering with sore knees this winter…and Ryan talks about the SIJ (pelvis).

It’s also that time of year again when the rugby season is drawing to a close and Campbell gives us a rundown of how North’s did this season. Thank you to all our great staff who helped the Norths boys this season and especially to Ryan and Sophie for all their hard work when Campbell was travelling with the Junior Wallabies.

And don’t forget..it’s Father’s Day coming up in a few weeks..so if you’re stuck for ideas..remember Dad’s LOVE massages too!!
