Happy New Year!

Return to Blog Articles

With the 2014 Australian Open almost coming to an end our feature article this month focuses on tennis injuries and what you can do to identify them early and get them addressed before they become a problem.

Ryan’s popular article on Kinesiotaping (the coloured tape that we see all the tennis players wearing) has been re-published from a previous edition. Ryan also starts off with his first article in a series he is doing on the anatomy of the body. We’d love to hear your feedback and certainly any requests on what you’d like to learn about.
As it’s the start of the year, we also kick off our 2014 program of Clinical Pilates. Holly gives some insight into a commonly asked question – What’s the difference between Yoga and Pilates.

That’s about all for now..wishing everyone success for the year ahead and we hope to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.
