Fancy a great start to your Thursday? Keen to see the sunrise over the harbour? Then join us on the Thursday SquareOne bunch ride. We meet at 5.50 am at Crystal Car Wash (cnr Military Rd and Cowles Rd) or 6.00 am at the bottom of Parrawi Rd. The ride takes in all the major bays around Mosman and finishes at 7am at Bacino’s on Raglan St for a post ride coffee and chat. Riders of all abilities are welcome. If you get dropped on a hill then no worries, just miss the next bay and rejoin us..or head to Bacino’s early! It’s on every Thursday morning year round unless it’s raining. If you are interested just turn up or email campbell@squareonephysio.com.au
