Following a ten day training camp at the Sydney Academy of Sport in Narrabeen that included a hit out against Samoa we have arrived in Cape Town. We spent today recovering from travel with a light team gym session and settling into our hotel which will become our new home for the next month. The boys got through a lot of good work in Narrabeen and put Samoa away 57-12 last Friday night. Despite one significant injury that unfortunately ended a players tour before it had begun everyone else got through OK. We are looking forward to a few more days solid training before taking on Scotland on Monday 4 June. Look out for the next update following this game. Catch you soon…Campbell.
