Ryan writes this month on what osteoarthritis is, as well as continuing his popular anatomy series – this month focussing on the hip. Campbell also gives some top tips for those with osteoarthritis in the knee. Susan, our super fit mum of two busy boys andPilates Instructor, gives us some tips on how to make time for exercise..after all she would know!!
We have had a busy March at SquareOne. Sophie, Rebecca and Holly spent a rainy evening looking after some very weary Coastrekkers at Balmoral at the beginning of the month. For some this was the end of their 50km day..for others it was the halfway point in a very impressive 100km trek. We were so busy we forgot to snap a photo – we saw 46 patients over a 6 hour period. Well done girls!!
Campbell also had a great win this month – coming first in his age group in the Elite Triathlon Wollongong Olympic distance race. Impressive. What’s your secret Campbell?? Must be your wife’s cooking 😉
And for all those asking..yes we have finally put a photo of Coco in the waiting room. We’ve also snuck a little piccy at the top…she has just reached 3 months.
Enjoy those last few days at the beach…..and perhaps start preparing for a run later this year..10 weeks to go until the Sydney Half marathon??!!
