 Another month has flown by and we are looking down the barrel towards Christmas already. Campbell has returned from another successful triathlon..this time he competed at the World Age Group Championships in Auckland (although he raced for the Kiwis rather than the green and gold..booo). He had a great day and came 10th which was an excellent result given he had a big spill off his bike just a few weeks previous. Everyone here has been busy..Ryan has attended a course on Dry Needling, Tad has attended a course on Clinical Pilates and Sophie attended a course on the SIJ and Pelvis. Holly is off to Melbourne this week for a National Sports Physiotherapy Group meeting at the Australian Physiotherapy Association headquarters in her role as National Representative for NSW. 

Our Ask a Physio section this month carries on the triathlon theme from our last newsletter but is relevant and worth a read by anyone who is returning from an injury and hoping to get back into some activity. 

We hope you enjoy this edition and you are making the most of the longer days and warmer weather. It’s a great time to start exercising some more!
