 At SquareOne we are involved in grass roots community rugby. And it’s a lot of fun. We have been the Physiotherapy services provider to our local, and one of Sydney’s most established First Division Rugby Clubs, Northern Suburbs, for the last four years. North’s play in the Shute Shield competition and field four grade and three Colts teams each weekend over a 16 round regular season competition. Yes that’s right- it’s a lot of rugby. Your SquareOne staff are there every week covering the matches pitch side, rehabilitating players at training and providing treatment in the Clinic. Exposure to a high level contact sport means that your SquareOne Physio’s are experts at dealing with all the injuries and bumps and bruises that go with playing rugby and other sports from the junior level to the elite level.
