Did you have a great November? (or Movember in Ryan’s case, donate to a great cause here ;-). November for us got off to a flyer with SquareOne winning the 2014 North Shore Local Business Awards – Health Improvement Services award. Congratulations to all our team for their outstanding efforts over the past year that led to this and thank you to everyone who voted for us.
Campbell backed this up by having a great race at the Noosa triathlon and winning his age group and placing high up in the overall rankings in what is the largest triathlon in Australia and third largest in the world. It’s a great event that plenty of our local Balmoral Tri Club athletes and patients travel to and makes up the busiest weekend of the year in Noosa. On the back of this Campbell has written an article on Exercise Induced Muscle Cramping – something that he has battled with in the past and a condition that is poorly understood but affects many of our patients and athletes.

Sophie has completed her Women’s Health training and is now seeing clients in the clinic with pre/post natal issues, pelvic floor problems, incontinence and those returning to exercise after having a baby. This is an area which is often left untreated and as Sophie has realised, an area where Physiotherapy can make such a huge difference to our patients lives. If you are having problems with your pelvic floor or not sure if Sophie is able to help you with a certain issue please call our Bridgepoint Clinic on 9968 3424 and Sophie would be more than happy to assist you.

December is here and the festive season is underway. It’s always a busy and exciting time (considering this November newsletter is coming out in December you’ll gather it has been that way at SquareOne too!) so we won’t keep you long except to say next time you visit our 393 Clinic you’ll get a pleasant surprise at some changes that we have made there..an announcement to follow soon!

And if it all gets too much for you Holly has attached her 5 best foam roller exercises below for you to try out 😉
