Kaitlyn Cummins

Kaitlyn has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and her Masters in Physiotherapy. She has also completed her Clinical Pilates training through Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation course in Sydney and has been instructing Pilates for over 6 years. Kaitlyn brings both a professional and fun approach to SquareOne Physiotherapy and is passionate about treating all musculoskeletal injuries. She is committed to delivering integrated, patient-focused rehabilitation whilst ensuring to empower her clients to achieve the most optimal treatment outcomes.

Kaitlyn has a particular interest in tailored exercise-based therapy focusing on enhancing body awareness to improve function, long-term health and injury prevention. Kaitlyn enjoys seeing both chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries with key focuses being back pain and lower limb injuries. Kaitlyn also has experience with Rugby 7s and is passionate in acute injury rehab and managing sporting injuries. When Kaitlyn isn’t in the clinic, she can be found enjoying the outdoors either camping, hiking, playing various sports and going to the gym.
