
Megan started her career as a Registered Nurse, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, before completing her Master of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland. Megan went on
to complete a Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio and Rehabilitation Method, and has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years.
Megan is committed to continuing her professional development, and has done additional training in Women’s Health, Corrective Exercise, Holistic Health, Pelvic Stability, and Strength and Conditioning.
Megan loves how Pilates can be utilized for specific rehabilitation, as well as whole body functional strength. With a focus on end results and injury prevention, Megan enjoys identifying and correcting
biomechanical deficits to help her clients improve their strength, mobility, and function.
Originally from Canada, Megan has a background in downhill ski racing, climbing, hiking and mountain biking. She is very passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, being active outdoors, and taking care of her young daughter.
