
Mitch completed his undergraduate degree in Human Movement at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) before successfully completing his Masters of Physiotherapy also at UTS. Having worked as a personal trainer and strength coach since 2013, Mitch has vast knowledge on exercises for strength, mobility, and flexibility. After playing Premier grade Rugby Union for many years, he has experienced first-hand the importance of both prehab (preventative) and rehabilitation with countless injuries and brings his own experience to your injury. With a keen interest in all sport, Mitch gained experience strapping for rugby clubs in Sydney’s Shute Shield competition being exposed to many sporting injuries.
He enjoys treating all musculoskeletal injuries and has a specific interest in tendon and muscle rehabilitation. Mitch has since moved on from Rugby and when he’s not in the clinic he can be found in the gym, running or out playing around of golf with friends.
