About Your SquareOne Physio Presenter 

Lauren Fornasaro
Physiotherapist 

Lauren is an ex-elite rower, and despite no longer competing, Lauren remains involved in the rowing community and is currently coaching school-age athletes, where she emphasises the importance of developing fundamental technical principles in order to minimise injuries and maximise performance.

Lauren is a Rowing Australia provider Physiotherapist.

Lauren has a particular interest in rowing related injuries with first-hand experience in high-performance injury prevention, management, rehabilitation and training loads.

She was originally drawn to the idea of being a Physiotherapist due to her passion for sport. She loves treating musculoskeletal conditions and athletes of all levels to assist them in achieving their goals.

Rowing experience:

Lauren learnt to row at Loreto Normanhurst and went on to row for Sydney University Boat Club, winning multiple state and national titles, as well as representing NSW in the Youth Eight and Queens Cup.

She now oversees the Year 9 rowing program at The Kings School, where she coaches the first and second quad.
