Rowing is a physically demanding sport that exposes the body to high and repetitive loads which often leads to overuse injuries.
Our rowing screening program is based on the Australian Rowing team screening protocol and assesses for various strength and mobility deficits.
The findings are used to establish an individual program that is tailored to target each individual’s strengths and weaknesses. This is a great tool to identify a rower’s potential injury risks and allow them to learn more about their body.
We will support the rower through this process and work together with their coach to optimise outcomes. A must for any aspiring or experienced rowers who are looking to minimise their risk of injury and maximise their performance.
