Is the appointment covered by medicare?

If you have a chronic condition or illness, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your physiotherapy treatment. Under the Government’s Chronic Disease Management scheme (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC), certain individuals are entitled to a Medicare rebate for a total of five allied health provider visits each calendar year. Physiotherapy is among the services included in this scheme.
