
Welcome to our fourth SquareRun Series, an 8-week running experience designed to help you run better, faster, stronger, to run at your best.
With the Sydney Marathon, City2Surf, Beach to Beach and plenty of other running events fast approaching, now is the perfect time to build your fitness, improve your running efficiency and train with purpose.
Work Stride by Stride alongside a community of like-minded runners, guided by expert physios, through a structured program designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk and help you toe the start line feeling strong, confident and ready to perform!

B.Physiotherapy, APAM, Certified GLA:D Physiotherapist
Reuben completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra and is currently completing his master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy. He has provided treatment and competition services for ACT Athletics throughout Canberra and nationally.
Areas of special interest include rehabilitation, running technique analysis and management of sporting and running-related injuries and tendinopathies. Prior to studying physiotherapy, Reuben was a competitive distance runner and has a wealth of knowledge of running-related injuries and sports performance. He has regularly led running training groups throughout the year and is a big advocate for strength and conditioning for endurance-based athletes.

M. Sports Physio, M.Physiotherapy, B.Sc, APAM, Certified GLA:D Physiotherapist
Jackson has a lifelong love of running. He recently completed a Master of Sports Physiotherapy and High Performance and is an ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He focuses on treating acute and chronic injuries, particularly in contact sports, running, and lower limb injuries. Jackson aims to help patients return to activities like sports, skiing, and surfing, and to prevent future injuries by improving strength and coordination.
He is the Lead Physio for the Manly Wolves Men’s AFL Program and has worked with Norths Rugby, Manly United FC, and the World Surf League Sydney Surf Pro. He also has experience as a Freestyle Ski and Downhill Mountain Bike Instructor.
