
If you are a runner there is no doubt you have felt pain at the front of your knee when you have been out for a run at some stage. This pain can often be coming from behind the knee cap and is known as patellofemoral pain, and also as Runner’s Knee!
Patellofemoral pain can be helped with strapping your knee, just to help alleviate some of the pain. Lucy is going to take you through the steps on how to strap your knee.
Use kinesio tape, rock tape, any of that stretchy sticky tape that you’ve got at home.
