Injury Prevention program based on the AFLs Prep to Play Program. It is a program that focuses on 3 key elements: Mobility, Movement Skills and Strength, taking approximately 10-15mins.
This program should be implemented in the team warm-up and when done twice weekly for a minimum of 6-8 weeks will improve performance and can reduce knee injuries by up to 50%.
