Emma Attard

Emma is a Women’s Health Physio and Clinical Pilates Instructor. She completed her Master of Physiotherapy at UTS after studying at the University of Sydney and University of Wollongong. Emma specialises in pre and postnatal care, managing incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menopausal care. She enjoys Pilates, kickboxing, and spending time with her family.

Ava Loiskandl

BSc Kin, M Phty APAM

Ava, originally from Canada, earned her Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. She specialises in Women’s Pelvic Health, Clinical Pilates, and Dry Needling. Ava empowers individuals on their recovery journey with a personalised approach, focusing on improving movement and confidence. She believes in educating patients about their bodies for better self-management.
